Welcome to Easy Everyday Cooking. My name is Rachel, and I am a working mother of 3. I have grown up cooking with both my grandmother and then my mother. I don’t remember the time when I didn’t cook or mess around in the kitchen. I consider myself a foodie and really focus on what tastes good and easy to make.
Hopefully you will find some of the tips and tricks that I have collected to help you make amazing food in your own kitchen. Raising with 3 kids of varying palates and my own dislikes (mushrooms will always taste like dirt to me, but my hubby and son love them), I will offer known substitutions and items that can be optional when ever I can.
I can occasionally be found playing out in the garden. More often than not, my garden gets neglected and sometimes results in giant produce. No, the giant beet was not edible it was too woody.
